∎ Should have the ability to work under Pressure
∎ Should have Clear Knowledge on high-voltage sub-station, PLC, DCS, and SCADA to enhance energy efficiency and system reliability
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure availability of required materials and spare parts for uninterrupted power supply
∎ Ensure effective operations and preventive-corrective measurement of all electric equipment’s including: Substation of 33KVA & 11KVA, AC& DC motor, drives, panel boards, PLCs, and compressor
∎ Coordinate with the production, utility, mechanical and other concerned departments /units to optimize energy consumption
∎ Maintain job cards for records of breakdowns, root cause analyses and corrective measurements for future references
∎ Prepare daily management reports: power consumption, critical equipment / critical spare parts status, other activities etc.
∎ Ready to perform other duties as required or assigned by the management
