Job Responsibilities:
∎ To decide and optimize the overall depot operation, customer (i.e. corporates, dealers and distributors) service network
∎ To prepare budget and track the distribution costs accordingly through optimizing fixed and variable distribution costs
∎ To evaluate various customer service and distribution value enhancement projects for delivering the expected benefits
∎ To ensure systems in place for product re-call and traceability of the finished goods to ensure controls and procedures in place for efficient and correct stock replenishment across entire value chain
∎ To maintain close co-ordination with legal cell for ensuring all statutory rules and regulations are implemented and adhered throughout the supply chain
∎ To select and develop loaders for efficient and safe transportation, handling, storage and distribution of MGI - FMCG goods
∎ To carry out training and development programs for transporters, warehouse staff and service providers
∎ To work in tandem with other Supply Chain units, Sales Management and Marketing Department for ensuring effective event management and sales penetration
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good analytical and negotiation skills
∎ Understanding of budgeting, costing and financial trend analysis
∎ Good understanding of Local Taxation, Transportation and other Regulatory Laws
∎ Understanding of Pest-Management and good warehouse practices
∎ Functional knowledge of order-to-cash process
∎ Advance level knowledge on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
