Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to check bill of all types of contractors
∎ Capable to work on ERP software
∎ Capable to prepare projects pre-budget
∎ Capable to Prepare MS Analysis
∎ Sound knowledge on practical project work of various trade

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experienced in Real Estate Sector at least 10 years.
∎ The applicant's should have experience in following area - Real Estate, Developer & Group of Companies.
∎ Must Know - Auto CAD, MS Word, MS Excel, ERP Software and other Civil Software
∎ Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
∎ Able to Work independently under pressure.
∎ Energetic, Creative, Sincere and Honest.
