Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintenance, repair and troubleshoot of the plant equipment.
∎ Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machineries and equipment of the plant.
∎ Responsible to provide machineries design, spare parts, layout and resolution of engineering problems in AutoCAD.
∎ Develop, update and maintain the SOP for maintenance of all machineries and equipment.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance, including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ Calculate and Control all variable cost like Power, Steam, Spare Parts etc.
∎ Prepare various technical and analysis report and submit to the management.
∎ Plan and execute for Preventive, schedule and break down maintenance task.
∎ Manage and control the mechanical and electrical team both
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency to find, evaluate, troubleshoot root cause of complex nature of faults arising from O&M of plant independently and recommend to fix those accurately with prudent technical requirements
∎ Knowledge on international codes and standards
∎ Experience in reputed feed industry is highly preferable.
∎ Good time management skill, interpersonal skill, analytical skill.
∎ Manufacturing process knowledge is must.
∎ Hands on Technical Knowledge and Application.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on AutoCAD.
