Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant field (Master’s preferred).
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge about Import Registration Certificate (IRC), Export Registration Certificate (ERC), Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) & Dhaka City Corporation (DCC)Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Photoshop, and HR software/tools.
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
∎ Experience working with multinational companies or large-scale projects is preferred.
∎ Experience in HR management within large-scale Engineering companies is preferred.
∎ Multitasking Capability

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department.
∎ Support in policy development, implementation, and enforcement.
∎ Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
∎ Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.
∎ Handle disciplinary actions and employee grievances professionally.
∎ Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records in coordination with the finance team.
∎ Assist in organizing training and development programs.
∎ Liaise with government and regulatory bodies (e.g., NSI, SB, BIDA, Immigration, Ministry of foreign affairs Office) for HR compliance and labor-related issues.
∎ Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
∎ Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
