∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in any/relevant discipline
∎ Foreign degree preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to production planning and management activities within the organization
∎ Assist to budget preparation according to production specifications
∎ Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications
∎ Plan work flow and schedules for production departments
∎ Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery
∎ Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
∎ Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities
∎ Evaluate current production processes status and recommend for improvements area
∎ Assist in new product development and enhancements
∎ Assist to ensure that finished products meet quality standards as required specifications
∎ Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production
∎ Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
∎ Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to COO, Production promptly
∎ Coordinate and reporting to Management accordingly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience more than 20 years in relevant industries
∎ Industrial experience (Production) in reputed company in different countries will get preference

Salary: Negotiable
