Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily administrative operations of the medical college hospital.
∎ Implement and enforce institutional policies and procedures.
∎ Facilitate staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Ensure compliance with government health regulations and standards.
∎ Supervise infrastructure maintenance and procurement of medical supplies.
∎ Coordinate between academic and medical departments for smooth operations.
∎ Oversee patient services, admission, and billing processes.
∎ Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for hospital and college activities.
∎ Implement quality assurance and risk management programs.
∎ Plan for institutional growth, expansions, and technological advancements.
∎ Liaise with government authorities, stakeholders, and external partners.

∎ We are looking for a Deputy General Manager (DGM) for our Administration Division, who will lead and inspire the team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
