Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure job placement of trainees who have completed training from HRD &Training Domain.
∎ Prepare case study, video documentary & publication.
∎ Prepare & implement the labor Market Information system (LMIS).
∎ Assist concerned persons to design training programs as per demand of employers.
∎ Maintain close communication at the field level with stakeholders for marketing.
∎ Implement tasks as per management desire.
∎ Prepare project proposals, implement and prepare reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 10 year(s) of experience in the field of Job placement, Job/skill fair, industry linkage, Market plays, financial linkage, Entrepreneurship monitoring & supervising at national & international level.
∎ Must be skilled in computers.
∎ Have excellent written & verbal communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Skilled in communication at the national, International & Field level.
∎ Skills:
∎ Selection: To find the right trainees for skills training who will peruse in professional career right after the training.
∎ Recruitment: To find the right trainees for job opportunities, placement officers must understand the recruiting process, including how to identify the best candidates for positions, Interview them and assist companies with the hiring process.
∎ Interpersonal skills: Placement officers need strong interpersonal skills to network with employers and coach trainees who have diverse needs.
∎ Communication Skills: Effectively helping trainees with their careers requires asking specific questions and listening carefully to get useful insight on what jobs best fit them. Coordinating with employers also requires communicating clearly.
∎ Career counseling: Helping trainees plan a career path and find jobs requires placement officer to ask questions about trainee's goals and interests and lead them to resources that help them achieve those goals.
∎ Mentorship: Mentoring new entrepreneurs and wage employees to make them successful.
∎ Analytical thinking: Strong analytical skills help placement officers gather job information from their research, screen trainees for suitable positions and offer career development advice.
∎ Pre-business incubation: Screening of business ideas/proposals, research, working with entrepreneurs for their proposal, resenting proposals to the next level for selecting incubates.
∎ Incubation: Lead formation of new business and provide incubation facilities to enable commercialization of the business to induct new entrepreneurs; create Incubation plans and implement them, assist in writing especially from the Micro Finance department from own organization, etc.
∎ Events and workshops: Plan various workshops/Job Fair/events for the employment generation.
∎ Date Management: As required for the Trainee Management System (TMS).
∎ Documentation: As required for TMSS and PKSF.
Salary:
∎ As per 5th grade of TMSS Pay Scale gross salary is 51,060/- in provision period 41,400/-
