Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicant must have a masters or equivalent degree from a local or from a foreign university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves as the first point of contact with the Study Abroad Office for incoming students
∎ Coordinates the visa processes for international and study abroad students, including assisting student in providing all documents and securing visa approval letters.
∎ Play an active role in student exchange program, maintaining close liaison with the foreign universities (i.e. Student, Faculty , Management)
∎ Manage the consultation program with the foreign university
∎ Take the initiative in foreign recruitment and manage the paperwork.
∎ Assess student needs and provide support services to respond to those needs, act as emergency contact for inbound and outbound study abroad and international students.
∎ Work closely with faculty chairs, Registrar, faculty deans and other appropriate staff in support of student success and learning.
∎ Attend and be visible /present in events/programs on campus that are relevant to international student and their issues.
∎ Any other job instructed by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 yrs working experience in Foreign or Domestic MNC (Multi National Corporation).
∎ The applicant must have very good command over both in Bangla and English. Expertise in any more languages will add more value. Candidates having IELTS score over than 6.0 will have added advantage.
∎ The applicant got to have the working experience to work in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Proven management skills and ability to manage day-to-day operations in addition to that, effective and persuasive leadership comfortable with all levels of staff, public and others.
∎ Applicants must have the knowledge of the admission process &operation domestic and overseas.
∎ Strong problem-solving , interpersonal, networking, verbal and written communication with effective management negotiation skills
∎ Applicants working in the domestic or overseas having similar experience in the following areas will have advantage over others.
∎ Only the short listed candidates will be called for the Viva & Presentation.
