Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicant must have a masters or equivalent degree from a Govt. approved reputed university in any discipline.
∎ Foreign candidates having equal qualification can also apply.
∎ The applicant must have very good command over both in Bangla and English. Applicants having expertise in any other language will be given preferences.
∎ The applicant must be good in presentation.
∎ The applicant got to have the experience to work in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Minimum 2 years work experience is required in any local or foreign MNC (Multi National Corporation).
∎ Proven management skill and ability to maintain day to day operations.
∎ Strong problem solving and effective management negotiation skills.
∎ Effective and persuasive leadership.
∎ Mentality to work comfortably with all levels of staff, public and others.
∎ Applicants must have the knowledge of the admission process and the operation.
∎ Strong interpersonal, networking, verbal and written communication skill.
∎ Only the short listed candidates will be called for the Viva & Presentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, coordinate and evaluate all areas of the instructional programs and services for effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Supervise the preparation of information related to instruction for catalogs, UGC Policy, procedures and faculty handbook.
∎ Play an active role in policy making and in promoting the university.
∎ Implement all the rules and regulations of the university.
∎ Maintain liaison with UGC, govt. offices, Ministry of Education, external agencies and with other Universities.
∎ Maintain student records (e.g. admission, enrollment, change of discipline etc.) and providing lists of registered students, year wise, to concerned teaching departments.
∎ Arrange academic council meetings.
∎ Any other instructions given by the university management is to be followed.
