Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Perform day-to-day administrative works of the office.
∎ Performs routine office maintenance.
∎ Take necessary action for the renewal of various licenses issued by government organizations, such as trade licenses, fire licenses, etc in time.
∎ Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, letters of confirmation, letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration.
∎ Staffing of all departments/ Concern/ Companies as per Company requirements.
∎ Handling employee grievances issues.
∎ Prepare different reports, presentations, organization charts & HR-related analyses. Draft letters, reports, etc. in English and Bangla.
∎ To update and maintain the organization organograms of the departments to have detailed information about the filled up vacant and new positions.
∎ Protect the interests of employees and the company-by-company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
∎ Training and development-related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization.
∎ Preparing legal documents such as Memorandum and Articles of Association, Trust deed and rules, and regulations and lease agreement, etc.
∎ Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
∎ Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
∎ Maintain and update company assets.
∎ Monitoring and taking care of the visitors/ guest.
∎ Supervising Employee's dining facility.
∎ Monitoring housekeeping activities and ensuring safe drinking water, clean toilets, clean and clear corridors.
∎ Ensuring all the office utility services including Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Water, etc. are available at all times.
∎ Maintaining close liaison and avail the support of different Law Enforcing agencies and utility providers (TITAS, DESA, DESCO, WASA, Fire Brigade, Clinics, Hospitals, Security Agencies, etc.) as and when necessary.
∎ Other administrative tasks as & when assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
∎ Manage non-management employees (Driver, Peon, Cleaner, etc.)
∎ The incumbent will report to the Chairman directly.

∎ Age 36 to 40 years

∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Good Knowledge of English and drafting.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
∎ Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, mail, etc.)
∎ Knowledge of general office procedures.
∎ Customer service experience.
