Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounts (or related discipline).Professional certification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) preferred.


Requirements:

Skills Required: Good Corporate Governance,Trading of Share

Additional Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate secretarial roles, preferably in a listed company.

Hands-on experience in share trading at DSE & CSE.

Strong knowledge of BSEC rules, listing requirements, and corporate governance practices.

Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.

High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Deputy Company Secretary & Share Market Operations Officer to enhance our corporate secretarial functions and oversee share market activities at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chattogram Stock Exchange (CSE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 1994, BSEC regulations, and other relevant laws.

  • Prepare, maintain, and update statutory records, registers, and minutes of Board and shareholder meetings.

  • Draft, review, and file statutory returns, reports, and disclosures with regulatory authorities.

  • Liaise with BSEC, DSE, CSE, and other stakeholders on compliance, listing, and reporting matters.

  • Oversee and execute share trading transactions in line with company policy and regulatory guidelines.

  • Monitor, research, and analyze stock market trends to support management’s strategic decisions.

  • Ensure timely investor relations communication and compliance with listing regulations.
