Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters in any subject preferably with business background from any reputed university. Professional degree in supply chain management/inventory management will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper supply and timely delivery of medicines in the market as per demand for smooth operation in a cost effective manner.
∎ Ensure optimal level of the stock for uninterrupted supply of the medicines as per demand of allocated areas.
∎ Monitor the activities of Sales Representatives to ensure that the collection against bill and outstanding is recovered on-time.
∎ Monitor overall administrative activities including vehicle and security management to ensure proper and uninterrupted operation and maintenance of the depot.
∎ Take necessary initiatives to ensure proper implementation of ISO, GDP and GMP guidelines.
∎ Provide insights around pharma industry trends, benchmarks and best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years working experience preferably in pharmaceuticals industry among which 3-5 years direct working experience as Depot In-Charge.
∎ Good know-how and expertise in ISO and other regulatory guideline is a must.
∎ Candidate should have strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with flexible organization skill, people development skill, decision making and problem solving skills.
∎ Good expertise in MS Office package and adequate knowledge in the area of both inter & intra industries are also desirable.
∎ Age limit is not more than 40 (forty) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
