Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconcile daily sales and submit the report to ADI (Area Depot In Charge) in a timely manner and ensure it is free from any inaccuracies. Ensure the accuracy of the Online sales system matching the Monitoring report.
∎ Ensure all stock is reconciled on a daily basis including the physical stock count. Stock movements from depot to depot or stock received from the factory are accurately recorded and accounted for by the stock sold and the register updated. Any discrepancies are investigated and reported to ADI/HQ in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure all cash is reconciled on a daily basis from the sales proceeds and management of petty cash with the registers updated daily. Deposit cash Sales in bank in accordance with DSO Controls. Any discrepancies are investigated and reported to ADI/HQ on a timely manner.
∎ Manage Depot petty cash disbursement and reporting.
∎ Maintain accurate Depot assets record and perform periodic physical assets count.
∎ Maintain and monitor trade permits, lease agreements, and other relevant documents expiration for regulatory compliance.
∎ Ensure the Depot is in a clean and tidy condition.
∎ Train and develop, where applicable, the cashier and storekeeper
