Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Management:

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

• Liaise with delivery personnel and partners to optimize routes and reduce delivery times.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to deliveries in a professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, customer feedback, and any delivery-related challenges.

2. Marketing Initiatives:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Biko All In One’s products and services.

• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and run targeted advertising campaigns.

• Organize and participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and promotional offers.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

3. Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and providing excellent service.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve delivery and marketing services.

• Provide regular updates to the management team on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on delivery performance, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback.

• Maintain an organized system for tracking deliveries, marketing expenses, and customer interactions.
