Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage of daily delivery Activity as per SOP.
∎ Supervise and manage the delivery schedules and distributes token to Delivery supervisor for product delivery.
∎ Ensure that trucks are loaded and unloaded properly, and that all scheduled shipments are delivered on time.
∎ Ensure Accurate product delivery as per Delivery Order (DO)
∎ Coordinate with Cross functional departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
∎ Manage /control /monitor labor management for Delivery operation.
∎ Control and Monitor the Tractors and Ensure the safety and proper utilization.
∎ Daily activity /Delivery Reporting.
∎ Train and mentor new delivery staff as necessary
∎ Delivery Hotline No attend and give optimum solution of customers queries.
∎ Resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery and logistics. Assisting customers with inquiries.
∎ Ensure Safety security and cleaning of Delivery Office and Each Delivery point/Warehouse.
∎ To perform deities assigned by supervisor time to time.
∎ We’re in need of a Delivery In-Charge (Sr. Officer /Assistant Manager) with about minimum 5-7 years working experience as Delivery In-Charge (Sr. Officer /Assistant Manager) in manufacturing industries. He should be very conversant with all the processes, procedures and terms related to Delivery of Agro Food manufacturing industries.
