Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure safe, cost efficient and effective plant operation in assigned shift with compliance and regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor and control all running equipment parameters as per operating practice.
∎ Monitor and control all equipment of instrument of the air Compressor.
∎ Maintain and update station operation records and prepare all required reports on plant operation/maintenance
∎ Startups, running and shutdown of the Boiler.
∎ Monitor and interpret plant operating data and render decisions or perform as may be necessary to maintain safety, efficiency and availability of the plant.
∎ Issue work permit e.g. cold work, hot work, lock out/tag out and isolation of any system as per requirement of safely operation work.
∎ Maintain technical project files.
∎ Oversee maintenance schedules and execute periodically for smooth operation.
∎ Supervise shift operation protocol.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ 2 year's Factory job experience is preferable.
∎ Operation/Maintenance experience, preferably in High-pressure Boiler & Turbine based power plant.
∎ Should have sincere, self-motivated, hardworking & honest.
∎ Proactive, analytical & can work under stress
∎ Strong organizing and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities;
∎ Ability to work in direct and cross-functional teams.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership quality with decision making.
