To manage the daily operations of the daycare centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing and educational environment for approximately 20 children while leading a team of staff to maintain high standards of care.

• Oversees the daily opening and closing to ensure every family starts and ends their day with a smile.

• Leads morning check-ins and manages schedules so our teachers and nannies feel energized and ready.

• Acts as the main point of contact for parents, sharing everything from happy daily updates to important safety news.

• Prepares simple, fun lessons about colors, numbers and kindness that feel more like games than work.

• Keeps gentle notes on each child’s progress and those special little milestones that parents love to hear about.

• Makes sure everyone stays hydrated and enjoys their meals in a relaxed, happy environment.
