Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide gentle, attentive care and ensure children’s safety at all times.

• Supervise and play with children with warmth and patience.

• Assist with feeding, dressing, toileting and nap routines.

• Offer emotional comfort, encouragement, and reassurance when needed.

• Engage children in fun activities like games, crafts and story telling.

• Support their social and emotional growth through meaningful interactions.

• Encourage good habits and positive behaviour.

• Keep play areas and classrooms clean and hygienic.

• Maintain children’s personal hygiene and sanitize toys and materials daily.

• Help with meals and snacks, creating a calm and friendly mealtime environment.

• Communicate openly with teachers and staff about any child related concerns.

• Report unusual behaviour or injuries promptly.

• Work cooperatively with the team to ensure smooth, happy days for the children.
