Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure collection of delivery orders through phone/ ERP/ internet/ email
∎ Ensure data entry, data compilation and accuracy checking
∎ Ensure the review of data errors, correct inconsistencies and check the output
∎ Maintain data program strategies and apply procedures
∎ Prepare reports based on the management requirement
∎ Ensure the delivery order in appropriate software, process the data, and prepare the delivery documents as per the vehicle route chart
∎ Maintain proper documentation of related work and prepare spreadsheets (MS Excel)
∎ Ensure proper use of office equipment and resolve any errors
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
