Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting sales records, observing trends and evaluating performance measured against sales quotas
∎ Assisting Management in developing, reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
∎ Analyzing business operation to establish a baseline for action and operational changes
∎ Conducting research on marketing trends and issues, analyze current sales strategies and make recommendations accordingly
∎ Analyzing competitor marketing trends, sales forecast and future sales for a business unit
∎ Preparing reports detailing a variety of conditions in the market to deliver to supervisor
∎ Preparing data into valuable information effective for information analysis purpose
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Ability to work with Microsoft Excel is a must
∎ MS Outlook, and PowerPoint efficiency is an added advantage
∎ Must have the capacity to work under pressure
∎ Analytical ability and detail-orientation
∎ Good oral and written communication skills
∎ Experience in a similar position within pharmaceutical industry will be given preference
