∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CTE, EEE, IT
∎ Bachelor/Masters in CSE, CTE, EEE, IT
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform as Cyber & Information Security Solution Associate, which is a client-facing role; responsible for understanding customer's security requirements, mapping to Cyber & Information Security Solution providers, specifically relating to IT security.
∎ Working 50% at customer sites and 50% in-house
∎ Need to attend the product training and gain certification for self-improvement.
∎ Need to train internal sales team about the Cyber & Information Security Solutions.
∎ Need to visit to Customer end frequently to demonstrate technical presentation session or explaining the key features and comparison of the Cyber & Information Security Solutions.
∎ Need to perform the POC of Cyber & Information Security Solutions.
∎ Need to understand the exact requirement from the customer and consul the best possible solution.
∎ Need to contribute on the technical part (e.g: BoQ, Technical Spec, Architecture, System Requirements) of the RFP of Cyber & Information Security Solutions and ensure successful submission without any fail.
∎ Need to log the work progress and submit to the reporting authority daily.
∎ Need to log Cyber & Information Security Solutions opportunities with timeline, visit updates, project updates (if there is any) on the accounts daily basis as well as submit to the reporting authority daily.
∎ Need to know the competitor and log their known activities to get the market view
∎ Need to learn about latest upcoming solutions/ technology which we may offer to our customer to ensure better Cyber & Information Security.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 29 years
∎ Experience in the Information Technology field (Network System)
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed, and have good manners.
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline.
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking, and compliant with business ethics.
∎ Engagement in the Implementation of Cybersecurity Solutions/ Services/ Training
∎ Work on published RFP only with Technical Specification/ BOM/ Technical Requirement from OEM
∎ Communication with OEM and arrange Technical Sessions with Customer or Internal.
∎ Communications with OEM for successful RFP Submission related to Cybersecurity Solutions/ Services/ Training
∎ Attend the Technical Clarification Session during Technical Evaluation from Customers.
∎ Provide Work Log/ Visit Log/ Implementation Log/ Technical Support Log
∎ Hands-on Technical knowledge of Endpoint Security Solution, EDR, XDR, Email Security, Network Security, Backup Solution.
∎ Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
∎ Unix, Windows, and networking security skills are must
∎ Familiarity with the general application and network security concepts
∎ Understanding of development frameworks
∎ Understanding of security defense mechanisms as well as SIEM systems
∎ Excellent teaming and communication skills
∎ Preferable Qualifications (CCNA/ RHCSA/ Security+/CEH)
∎ Good Communication skills
