Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat promptly and professionally.
∎ Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, returns, and exchanges.
∎ Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints calmly, find quick solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Product Information: Provide accurate information about products, availability, pricing, and offers.
∎ CRM Software Handling: Maintain customer records and interactions using CRM tools or order management systems.
∎ Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews or feedback.
∎ Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with loyal customers and respond to their specific needs.
∎ Sales Support: Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average order value.
∎ Customer Insights: Collect feedback and share customer concerns with marketing and product teams.
∎ Performance Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly reports on customer service issues, resolved cases, and customer satisfaction metrics.
