Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle incoming calls from prospective patients with professionalism and empathy.
∎ Provide excellent customer support by delivering precise information and addressing inquiries promptly.
∎ Identify patients’ needs, clarify information as needed, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their concerns.
∎ Actively engage with patients on each call, aiming to effectively resolve their issues and provide a positive experience.
∎ Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions in our system.
∎ Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in healthcare.
∎ Ability to speak Arabic and English fluently.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
∎ Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
∎ Familiarity with healthcare processes is a plus.
