∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BSC in CSE/ EEE/ ECE will be preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure customer support and maintain customer satisfaction
∎ Implement productivity and customer-service standards.
∎ Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results and initiate corrective actions for system improvements.
∎ Work closely with Troubleshooting and business development teams to resolves problems.
∎ Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and visiting operational environments.
∎ Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
∎ Manage the 24*7 support team
∎ Plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions of team members.
∎ Work with information system like ERP system, NMS, Call center software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Telecommunication Customer Service
∎ Minimum 2 years of managerial position is preferable
