∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries through chat
∎ Solve issues through chat and escalate if needed
∎ Generate leads (Collect contact information ) through chat
∎ The Support executive will work from home for now and will work from office when the Covid 19 situation is over
∎ The Support executive will work in shift and in roaster to cover 24x7 Support

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good written and Oral English Skill
∎ Able to communicate with local and foreign customers through chat in English
∎ Ability to work from home
∎ Can work in flexible working hours (Weekly two days’ work at night shift is required)
∎ Good Typing speed, 40+ words per minute (WPM)
∎ Good skill of MS word and MS excel.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 14000 (Monthly)
