∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer skill, Good Communication Skill in Both English Bengali, Proactive and Positive attitude, Proficiency in Office appllication, Strong analytical and communication skills, Tele Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support Client Service, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer service through Social sites, phone, or email.
∎ Ensure customer service according to the given requirements.
∎ Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
∎ Takes incoming customer calls, processes sales, and accepts payment for products and services.
∎ Monitors order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner.
∎ Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback.
∎ Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer.
∎ Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
∎ Others activities as advised by supervisor and management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ 1+ year of experience in Customer Service/Telesales
∎ Strong communication & analytical skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Proactive and can-do attitude.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali.
