Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with good verbal communication skills in both Bangla & English. You have to Receive Phone calls, handle clients & have the ability to convince clients over the phone.
∎ Work days: Saturday - Thursday (Fridays are off).
∎ Work hours: 10am - 8pm.
∎ Job Location: House # 37( 3rd Floor), Road # 8, Sector # 12, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customers via phone regarding products and services.
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the services and/or confirm orders.
∎ Provide detailed answers to questions about products, pricings, and details.
∎ Convincing our customers over the phone to consider purchasing our products.
∎ Occasionally visiting nearby client facilities for marketing purposes (you will be accompanied by another staff member).
∎ Working beyond the office hours periodically.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, tolerate stress, have discipline and desire to work and gain new knowledge, have politeness and ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitask.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ There will be a couple of ways of bonus income.
