∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Should be polite, courteous, and customer-service-minded
∎ Can work under stress and also handle irate situations professionally
∎ Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, web browsing) is an added requirement
∎ Experience in the e-commerce, retail, or call center industry will be considered an asset
∎ Should be punctual, disciplined, and well-mannered
∎ Should be able to work in a team environment
∎ Flexibility in work hours (if required during special campaigns or peak hours)
∎ Strong follow-up and organizational ability
∎ Should have a positive customer satisfaction disposition

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customers' calls, emails, and social media messages promptly and professionally.
∎ Deliver customers accurate, clear, and consistent product, service, and company policy information.
∎ Proactively follow up on customers' calls for resolving issues and achieving customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain and update comprehensive records of customer contact, feedback, transactions, and complaints in the system.
∎ Coordinate with the internal departments involved to resolve customers' queries efficiently and provide uninterrupted delivery of services.
∎ Escalate undetermined or complex incidents to the respective department or personnel on time.
∎ Promote the company's reputation and ethics by maintaining a professional and respectful tone in all customer communications.
∎ Job Context: In order to expand our team, we require an energetic and competent Customer Support Executive (Female) to fill the role. The chosen applicant will manage our clients' questions and concerns in relation to e-commerce, real estate, automobile, food and beverages, as well as other group subsidiaries.
