Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Vast browsing/research capability of internet.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
∎ Ability to handle retail customers over phone & social media interaction.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within
∎ the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Coordinate backend team to ensure the right solutions for the clients.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
