∎ At least 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Wires & Cables manufacturing industries.
∎ Age above 30 years
∎ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong knowledge of cable Laying, Joint, Termination and Installation.
∎ Strong knowledge of cable fault finding & locating.
∎ Good command in MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & AutoCAD.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla

∎ Provide technical support to customers via over phone, email and at presence in the field.
∎ Good knowledge on cable production process to make customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate factory with Marketing and Sales team.
∎ Build and maintain excellent relationships with all of Company Customers.
∎ To maintain proper routine plan for daily work.
∎ Attend customer's complaints to satisfy them.
∎ Introduce products to all national/ foreign customers along with superior (if needed).
