∎ Handling Inbound and Outbound call regarding customer queries and complaints, providing information and solution effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction.
∎ Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Good at meta-communication such as WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
∎ Ensure monthly reporting as the department heads required.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
