∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accumulate Post handover issues from Assure's Customer Care department and Facilities Management department
∎ Verify, analyze and scrutinizing the issues according to their intensity.
∎ Independent capability to identify & troubleshoot customer issues through application of engineering knowledge.
∎ Co-ordinate with Engineering HOD regarding those post handover issues
∎ Physical project visit & report preparation if necessary
∎ Coordinate with design & implementation team
∎ Detail estimation with specification and Implementation Schedule preparation for post handover issues
∎ Prepare quotation for customer
∎ Resource planning and allocation for customer services issues.
∎ Monitor & Implement the work as per execution schedule with optimum quality and budget.
∎ Ensure smooth cooperation between customer and other team members through effective communication
∎ Checking & certification of bills
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal, in English)
∎ Should be Hardworking, Self motivated
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure
