Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist, who is passionate about traveling. You will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and also provide tourism related services on behalf of our suppliers. The goal will be to keep our customers satisfied with proactive, prompt and proper service.
∎ Location: On Site at Nikunja Office
∎ Timing: 7 pm to 4 am night shift)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and sell transportation, accommodation, insurance and other travel services to clients in the US
∎ Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
∎ Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations. events etc.) to travelers
∎ Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
∎ Deal with travel issues, complaints or refunds
∎ Enter data into software and maintain client files
∎ Maintain statistical and financial records
∎ Meet profit and sales targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ High proficiency in English (writing, reading, speaking and listening)
∎ Decision making capability
∎ Ability to work with professionalism, discipline and independence
∎ Advanced computer skills
∎ Ability to coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders
∎ Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
∎ Salesman mindset
∎ Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
Salary:
∎ 4 weeks training at BDT 15K per month BDT 25K once candidate qualifies Sales commission on base salary
