Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Worked in the Customer Service / Call Centre, managed calls from the Customer Service hotline, and support tickets, and provided quality service to both merchants & customers.
∎ Responding to each call actively and friendly manner to understand the client’s problem.
∎ For complicated issues, consulting with the respective concerns to solve the problem on behalf of the client.
∎ Working with full responsibility and ownership in doing the job to deliver quality service.
