Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making inbound/outbound/telemarketing and survey calls.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Ability to maintain workplace communication and etiquette.
∎ Maintaining high standard of call quality as per requirement of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 39 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Female, Disable and People from Ethnic Group are being encouraged to join.
∎ Must Have NID.
