Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates have to make Inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Managing survey calls and customer service inquiries.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Excellent communication skills with customers in appropriate accent.
