Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customers' orders are the revenue of the company that should handle with utmost care. The CSR serves as the front-end representative engaging with customers on behalf of their company
∎
∎ Effective follow up from the inquiry to the payment is the core responsibility of CSR that plays a major role of the company's current and future business. Issuing P/I's within the agreed timelines, collecting L/C TT payments on time to maintain the agreed delivery dates, follow up shipments provide necessary shipping docs on time and collection of dues are the key responsibilities of a CSR.

∎ Act promptly to any inquiries from customers, process the order
∎ Coordinate with the seniors on any new enquiry to identify and offer the best products within the range.
∎ Be the key link between customers and Tam Hangers teams
∎ Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
∎ Ensure that all documentation is provided to relevant parties with accuracy - invoices, packing lists and tracking information.
∎ Understand customer business and retrieve any information as required by close communication with the customer.
∎ Clear, effective and timely communication with internal and external teams is a major part of CS activities. This is applicable for both telephone and e-mail communications.
∎ Multiple records and reports updates to ensure efficient and error free order processing and also to feed timely information and updates to management
∎ Establish long term relationship with customers by offering efficient services and effective communication and follow up.
∎ Be aware of monthly sales targets and work towards achieving / exceeding same by working closely with sales / operations teams
∎ Develop trust relationships with all assigned customers to ensure they do not turn to competition.
∎ Provide regular market updates to the seniors to align company's approach and strategies to stay in and face the competition.
∎ Ability to think on your feet and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' work experience and knowledge in similar role.
∎
∎ Excellent command in both Bangla and of English (verbal/written) and excellent written and verbal communication skill
∎ Possess excellent Analytical Skills.
∎ Preference will be given for candidates with experience in accessories for apparel industry.
∎ Should be multi-tasked oriented and possess good organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a good team player.
∎ Responsiveness, accountability and adaptability
