∎ Answer customer inquiries via phone calls and emails.
∎ Escalate relevant customer queries to the concerned department.
∎ Perform customer verification, and provide information about product, service, pricing, and delivery.
∎ Create and validate data at SAP software as per management recommendation.
∎ Handling queries of different business partners.
∎ Maintain rapport with the customer base.
∎ Create a good image in the customer mind regarding organization through good communication.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ MS Office application,
∎ Advance communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Agree to do roster basis work
