∎ Learn and share knowledge & Experience with other team members to achieve the company's goal
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
∎ Willing to Product Presentation (Face-to-Face) & Direct Sale to the Customer at the office
∎ Must be fluent in the computer and other office equipment & tools
∎ Comfortable with the Camera, Video, Facebook Live or other events will get extra benefits.
∎ Strong Technical skills with IT Background will get extra benefit.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for delivering a top level of service to inbound and outbound interactions across various channels. E.g. Telephone, email, Live Chat, social media etc.
∎ You will have to learn and do teamwork on an everyday basis for new products and technologies.
∎ Manage Large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Counseling, Online (web/ e-mail) Support, Guest Relations/ Services
∎ Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Online (web/ e-mail) Support
∎ Computer Hardware/Network Companies, E-commerce, Film Production, Professional Photographers, Web Media/Blog
