∎ Office timing will be either 10 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Khilgaon)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with any leading eCommerce company will get preference
∎ The candidate will be responsible for delivering a top Level of service to inbound and outbound interactions across various channels. E.g. Telephone, email, Live Chat, social media etc.
∎ You will have to learn and do teamwork everyday basis for new products and technologies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Counseling, Online (web/ e-mail) Support, Guest Relations/ Services
∎ Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Online (web/ e-mail) Support
∎ Computer Hardware/Network Companies, E-commerce, Film Production, Professional Photographers, Web Media/Blog
∎ Must be fluent in English and Bengali for both verbal & written Communication.
∎ Should be keen to learn and study about new products & Latest Technology (Everyday Task)
∎ Must maintain good relation and environment to work as a team
∎ Learn and share knowledge & Experience with other team members to achieve the company's goal
∎ Manage Large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
∎ Willing to Product Presentation (Face-to-Face) & Direct Sale to the Customer at the office
∎ Must be fluent in the computer and other office equipment & tools
∎ Comfortable with the Camera, Video, Facebook Live or other events will get extra benefits.
∎ Strong Technical skills with IT Background will get extra benefit.
∎ Office Time will be 9 hours either morning or evening shift and with 1 weekly day off.

Salary: Tk. 11000 - 13000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ 2 Festival Bonus, Monthly Target Achievement Intensive & other benefits will be offered to the successful candidates as per the Company policy.
