Job Context:
∎ APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL IN ENGLISH.
∎ Expertise in the field of MCA campaign (good performer) will also get high priority and a better salary structure.
∎ Night Shift Schedule: 8 PM - 5 AM
∎ 5-Days a Week
∎ Weekly two holidays (Saturday & Sunday)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
∎ Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
∎ Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MUST BE EXTREMELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months probation.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Education background doesn't really matter if you speak well in english .
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Tk.2000 (Attendance Bonus)
