Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer service-Assist with enquires, process order, arrange booking.
∎ Preparing Quotation based on agents, shipping lines or airlines offers.
∎ Communication with supplier, vendors and carries to arrange transportation.
∎ Track & monitor shipment in transit & providing updates to stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and review invoices, BL, AWB, and HBL & MBL for accuracy.
∎ Prepare month’s statement, payment arrangement& confirmation
∎ A reputed freight forwarding company is looking for dynamic officer for look after the customer demand on business.
∎ Customer service-Assist with enquires, process order, arrange booking.
∎ Preparing Quotation based on agents, shipping lines or airlines offers.
∎ Communication with supplier, vendors and carries to arrange transportation.
∎ Track & monitor shipment in transit & providing updates to stakeholders.
