∎ HSC

∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Candidate have to work 9 pm to 6 am, Monday to Friday.
∎ This is night shift job & Candidates need to work from the office.
∎ University going studentS will get preferred
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
∎ Night Shift (8.30 pm to 5.00 am) including Break
∎ During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Private University students will get preference.
∎ Fluent in English (speaking, Minimum skills on English conversation., Professional English Writing, Sales Marketing, Telemarketing
∎ Do not apply if you can not work at Night.
∎ Experienced in telecommunication campaigns will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
