∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Job Context:
∎ Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Serving to USA, Canada and Australian customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Night Shift (8.00 pm to 4.30 am) including Break
∎ During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Private University students will get preference.
∎ Fluent in English (speaking, Minimum skills on English conversation., Professional English Writing, Sales Marketing, Telemarketing
∎ Fluency in Speaking English is a must.
∎ Must be very FLUENT in English Speaking.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic + Daily Sales bonus-an agent can earn up to 15,000 BDT monthly as sales bonus
