∎ Excellent communication skills with customers in appropriate accent

∎ Good command in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel for daily reporting
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority
∎ To handle customer with effective communication skills.
∎ To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Developed competencies required for service oriented and results focused
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in Bangla & English speaking.
∎ Good knowledge about Customer Service.
