Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Face-to-Face Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Accessories
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
∎ Answer customer queries, screen handset issues, and escalate problematic handsets to engineers while providing basic information to customers when needed
∎ Receive and deliver handsets through organizational RCSM System
∎ Receive and sort daily deliveries/couriers
∎ Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, mailing, etc.
∎ Good communication skill

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Need to be self-motivated and must present a can-do attitude.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
