∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding machineries information, price, organic foods information, machineries problem etc.
∎ Stay informed about market trends, company policies, and new machineries listings to provide up-to-date information to clients.
∎ Collecting customer data and new machineries information.
∎ Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality and knowledge.
∎ Two shift
∎ 8 am to 3 pm Or 3 pm to 10 pm
∎ Requirements
∎ Education:
∎ HSC/Honours Studying
∎ Experience
∎ Minimum 1 years

∎ Must be fluent in both Bangla and English Speaking.
