Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
∎ Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear information on products/services.
∎ Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
∎ Assist in File processing, Client coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
∎ Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We seek a motivated and confident Female Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of customer service experience and excellent communication skills. She will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to social media inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer support throughout the sales journey.
