Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with the customer, order receive & delivery process completion
∎ Handling customer’s complain & feedback
∎ To check & updated about product stock
∎ Any other task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart, well behaved and well-groomed.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel).
∎ Handles all stressful and difficult situations in a positive manner.
∎ Candidates must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Candidates who have experience in Call center & Customer service will be given preference.
